Back in 2014, a team of Accenture Experience Agency designers, researchers, and I helped design a fully responsive website for a Fortune 500 electric and natural gas utility located in Houston. My role on the project was researcher and interaction designer.
MY ROLE
I conducted a statistically significant survey to inform the website design,
branding, and information architecture. I ran usability tests to refine designs and suggested changes. I designed over 145 wireframes. I QA'd 350 page specifications, and ended up managing Business Analysts to make sure all of our work was delivered. As we moved into implementation, I became a point person for requirements and dev team questions.
There were over 20,000 requirements for this huge project. The website is fully responsive and still has many of our original designs. If you'd like more information about the process we used, feel free to ask!
